Conky had to be revived because Bubbles would not listen to reason in case of an infected tooth.
He blatantly refused hospital care and things were moving towards the downside when Julian decided to bring back the dummy with a hope that Bubbles would listen to his advice.
Yes, he takes advice but as expected things started moving out of control and Conky started developing its own personality.
Ricky’s dislike for Conky is well known
There is a deep rooted hatred for Conky as far as Ricky is concerned. And the best part in some of the hilarious scenes come when it mocks him.
This leads to arguments and even violence. And Bubbles cheekily claims that the dummy is acting on its own, no control whatsoever.
Things become charged up so much so that Julian shoots Conky right in the head and the “spell” breaks down.
Conky made a comeback in Season 7
Never say never is the rule of the show and you will find that in Season 7 Bubbles revives the dummy when confronted with a stressful situation.
Things will not move smoothly as Conky takes charge once again and the control factor seems to increase during the episodes.
At the height of the situation Conkie refers Bubbles as ” Googly Eyed Bastard” which is when Bubbles decides that he has had enough. He drowns the puppet in a river while the boys cheer him on.
In a bizarre turn of events Conky 2.0 returns to the show in Hurricane Ricky! In this part he is the son of dummy gone by.
Bubbles is unable to control stress after one of his cats disappeared during a strong hurricane and the new dummy continues to play with the tempers of Ricky and Julian. And then one fine day Ricky decides that he has had enough and eventually shoots him.
