This happens in Season 6 Episode 2. Why to host a picnic?
Because Randy wants to bring on his new reign with some publicity.
After all, he is now the Associate Trailer Park Supervisor!
He is surely against the boys and invites them out of sarcasm when the trio pulls up on the location.
But interestingly, there are some local cops at the event too.
And then Randy does what he should not do. He instigates Ricky by narrating his dad’s eviction and a small fight sets in between the two.

Lahey discusses his plans with Barb in order to throw out the boys from the park. Barb at first is not interested in talking with Lahey but lets him anyway. They also discuss about his drinking.
Mr Lahey wants to pretend that he is still drinking in front of the boys so that they become complacent and commit some mistakes that would help in their eviction.
On the other side Ricky spills out his thoughts about Randy in front of Lucy but does not show any sympathy.
This makes him upset and he reeks in jealousy. He meets Bubbles to try convince Julian about disrupting Randy’s picnic. However, Julian is no mood to invite trouble.
Bubbles brings Trevor and Cory to Julian’s trailer. They find Julian and Ricky fighting over work.
As per Bubble’s suggestion Trevor goes along with Ricky but there is discomfort in separation.
Ricky receives one more reminder ( via Julian) to not visit the picnic location.
Ricky starts off the operation with Trevor who is finding the job uncomfortable.
They take out some items from a backyard and load it on the truck. Ricky gives a pep talk to Trevor as he is working without Cory.
Post this work Ricky moves out of the scene and sends him back home via bus.
When Ricky arrives at the picnic scene Bubbles asks him about the plans and he denies planning any trouble.
Almost all the characters are the party including Lucy and Sarah ( who seem quite drunk and flirtatious).
In the course of the event Randy announces his plans to make the park free from criminal activity. The police department extends him full support.
On the scene Lahey tries to convince everyone that his drinking problems are increasing with each passing day.
Ricky breaks up with Lucy when he finds her with Geoerge Green in the trailer. Barb praises Lahey for the convincing show he put on while Randy and Sam Losco have a fight which leads to arrest.
